We knew it because we know these committee's and their obvious bias year-in and year-out. The games tell a different story as UK deserves the 3 seed more than A&M and Utah although their big man is a beast. Even Seth, a Dookie, agrees.
ok, champ. UK lost to UT and Auburn because of injuries. UK lost to UCLA and Ohio State because of injuries.
This is the 2015-16 season. UK lost to UCLA(15-17), Tennessee(15-19), Auburn(11-20)
Bottom line is it's about the entire resume. The rest of that white noise you typed is irrelevant. And yes, Pat Adams made a horrible call.
If they advance that far. Remember this has been a wild year. And I think IU will be looking ahead to UK against a very good UTC team.

Non-bball eggheads relying on the 'power ratings' of fellow eggheads are the cause of this annual idiotic brackets and seeding. Not just UK, the whole thing is absurd and imbalanced.
not sure that is a viable argument. if we sucked as bad as you think then why did A &M lose to us? we win the tourney and they get the 3 seed. You said bad losses well AM lost to a team with bad losses. this whole selection thing is BS and they pay absolutely no attention to these games. if they did Duke would not be a 4 seed. a tem with 2 more losses than UK one of those loses to UK came in 5th in their conference but still pulled a 4 seed. Really?

UK doesn't suck. They can cut the nets down. The problem is we are comparing resumes. Kentucky's resume with a few of those losses put them in about the 14-18 spot. That's a 4 seed.

See, even if he uses "we" it's understandable more than the cowards lurking in the dark. Good luck Spartan. Solid year so far.

I don't fully disagree. The thing here they can point out is that it was 1-1. Now should they value a road loss over a neutral site win? Also, TAMU went 5-5 on the road to 4-7 for Kentucky. I don't believe UK should have been the 4 instead of TAMU, but when you look at how close those two teams are you can give the committee the benefit of the doubt. As far as Duke, I ignore that. They are going to get the easy draw. It's become commonplace.
Here's the real problem. People see UNC and IU and they think, CRAP, UK is gonna lose. This is a great bracket for UK. They have to get past the first 3 games. After that they have a weak lower bracket to face. WVU would be a war, but our guards are vastly better than theirs.
