WR Jakolbe Baldwin will forgo his senior season and enroll early at NC State.

Also, Kellan Hood will be transitioning from WR to QB.

Even with Baldwin's departure and a different Hood at quarterback, I don't think the Raiders will miss a beat. They're still my favorite to win it all this spring.
