Too much that can wrong on a field goal that could result in a big play for the other team. A block/return, a bad snap, a bad hold. Go for it on 4th down keeps the clock running and maintains field position while giving you a shot at keeping the drive alive.

Nah... it’s the one weakness of this D. It’s been that way all season. It was just really apparent on that TD drive.

When your two best DTs sit out the game, it impacts your DL play. To say otherwise is just foolish. Our DT rotation today consisted of a former walkon, a converted OL and two true freshmen.
