I think it would be a great move if it could be pulled off. It would probably be a lot easier if NU can get a couple winning years under its belt and a marquee coach. For the record, Missouri and A&M have both done at least as good or better in the SEC than Nebraska has in the Big 10 and when they all left the Big 12 NU was doing better than both.
Eh...Mizzou is more questionable in that regard from what I can remember as opposed to A&M who have indeed flourished. Maybe data would prove me wrong, but it seems like Mizzou has really become the Indiana of the SEC.

The SEC has 5 in the top 11, 6 in the top 16, and 8 in the top 25. You're an imbecile.......
Even king_kong admits that these preseason rankings are meaningless. I was talking about actual RESULTS on the field.

I'm unbiased...I'll admit that Kentucky might deserve their ranking...even though they haven't done much. But Arkansas?? They were behind by 10 in the 4th-quarter, at home, to Missouri State.

SEC teams are all at their total maximum ranking.

Tennessee hasn't done much. But they're ranked as high as they possibly can be allowed to be.

Ole Miss? Texas A&M?? This is NOT better than the Big Ten.

preseason projections? really?

Florida beat a top 7 team as a touchdown underdog. I would bet no B1G team has done that outside of the conference in at least a decade.
Florida was behind in the 4th quarter, at home, to South Florida. And they needed a miracle fumble on the 2nd-to-last play of the game to escape.

Correct premise, wrong conclusion

this would be a really good post if you had a single shred of objective evidence to back the claim in your final sentence
