We’re winning without Oweh doing anything. Jelevic is our best inside player by far.
To me, its not that they played schools like Richmond high school from Coach Carter but they didn't win those games by enough points.
Actually Miami OH isn't even the best team in that conference. Akron is. And that's why they will most likely be representing them in the NCAA tournament.
AJ is 0/2 on threes and it's still the best half he's played as a Cat.

I predicted Akron would win the MAC tournament I just thought it was going to be Akron over Miami OH in the final.
Miami been playing with fire for the past couple weeks I figure it would catch up to them but not vs UMASS.
Clearly Miami OH has to get a bid but will the committee shaft them and put them in Dayton.

Meh...as long as Mizzou is in the zone I'd rather have BG/MM on the baseline to finish. AJ way better option in the middle of the zone offense than MO. Hard to play MO vs zone. All this is dependant on someone other than MO being able to contain Mitchell. He can be a problem if you let him be.

They both bring something we need and I’d love to see them play together more in a small ball lineup. I’ll never understand your hate for Jelly, I guess you don’t like basic basketball fundamentals and prefer flashy. He definitely isn’t that but serviceable for 15-18 a game all day.

I think DA, Oweh, Kam, and Jasper with Jelly would be a heck of an offensive line up.

And ppl need to realize. Miami OH beat Akron but the game was at Miami (OH). Akron never got a return trip from them.
Akron is a clear 4-5 favorite on a neutral court vs them. They are better.
