West Ham = Ole Miss
Stoke City = Miss State

The writer has an explanation of why these teams match.

AA - will never look at bubbles the same way aGAIN

The Bubbles Will Rise Again.

Seriously, I posted the link a couple days ago. And West Ham is a good comparison for Ole Miss. After all, neither has been consistently nationally relevant since the 1960s. I think Millwall might have been an even better comparison but the Lions aren't in the EPL.

Stoke City is a pretty good comparison for MSU. Grind at home. Usually have a decent defense and haven't won major titles.

Many of the other comparisons are pretty good but there were also some misses I think.

Vandy as Tottenham is a huge miss. Did he forget the last 65 years of Vanderbilt football?

I could see Arkansas as Manchester City. Lots of new money there.

I also had issues with Vandy and Arkansas as well as some others. I think...

Vandy is Swansea.
Georgia is Tottenham.
aTm is Manchester City.
Arkansas is Liverpool.
Tennessee is Newcastle.
Auburn is Everton.
USC is tough to categorize. Maybe Fulham even though I couldn't decide between Tottenham and Newcastle for them a couple days ago.

The others are fairly spot on.
