SEC off to their usual stellar start in the tournament. Miss St getting housed by Mich St.
I'm so sick of this trash conference, beer muscles galore unless the other team's jersey says something other than Kentucky.

Funny, don't hear much complaining about conference schools with losing records in the tourney with an SEC team. Seemed to only be an issue when Big 10 or ACC teams did it.

I fully expect there to be only two SEC teams left after the first two rounds.
Miss St, TA&M, SC and Tennessee won't be able to play their signature "can't call em all" defense in the tournament.
Florida will flame out.
I expect Alabama or UK to have a cold shooting night and go out Sat/Sun.
Auburn is the only one I am confident about making it through the weekend.

I really hope I'm wrong, and will gladly eat crow if I am, but history suggests otherwise.

Yeah, the only time I can ever remember Sparty losing to an SEC team in March was to our 78 national champs in the elite 8 …and even that was tight struggle.

And, if your stat is correct, then I guess that was the only time ever.

Meh, I always expect average SEC teams to lose rd 1 in the NCAAT. Bottom line, they stink. They play their best against UK, so we always think they're better than they are in the bigger picture, but they're usually not.

Again part of Cal lowering expectations and talking about how good the SEC is due to them beating us. Kentucky teams in the 90's, 2000,s and early 2010's would have dominated the SEC this year period.
