SEC only baseball schedule a possibility?

SEC announces Volleyball and Soccer will play a conference only schedule this fall... could we see the same for baseball this spring?

I think anything is possible but that is way off from now and things could be good enough to have a normal season.

Isn’t that really all that matters. Outsiders blast the SEC for scheduling pansies in football but nobody says a word about it in baseball except our fans and the RPI when we lose to one of them. If I were a student I’d really miss the midweek games but you may get next level pitching when you know all of your guys are getting a weeks rest. Sunday games will actually be 3-2 4-3 type games.

I'd say it's likely we play the Governor's Cup and USM too. We'll see nothing official has been decided yet.
