While I just sat in seat 18 on the aisle in the Horseshoe, I don't think that instance occurs in the Beav. In the Beav I am in seat 32 at the end of a row where it joins with an existing row of odd numbered seats.

I will be happy to be wrong. There may be some aisle seats where a section is broken by a portal or some other reason.

It depends on the row/section. The sidelines are more standard since it's more "blocks", but in the endzones (especially corners), every section and row will be different.

At the opposite end of the aisle is a section dividing rail.

If I recall, I think ED/WD have 16 seats in the row. I'm guessing WE is the same, but not positive.
