Are you able to download them to your wallet? Because I am not.

I can "see" the tickets, but I get a message saying they're not available for download (or something to that effect).

I spoke to my ticket rep and the said they are just "waiting for a sponsor" (whatever that means). And that I'd get an email when they're ready for download. I saw a thread the other day saying Rutgers was close to naming/picking a sponsor, so I assume that's what they were referring to.
