Can't vouch for the Tulsa location but the chain (IMHO) is the best of the Brazilian steak houses. Variety of meat (beef, lamb, pork and chicken), huge salad bar, etc... I have dined at 4 locations and they are very consistent. My family and I especially have enjoyed 2 meals at TdB in Memphis after TU Liberty Bowl victories!
