It’s OK. Pat Hobbs is good at appearing in videos wearing a hard hat. The actual customers don’t really matter.

Finally was able to renew my tix today thanks to a helpful R Fund staffer. The R Fund / Ticket Office has totally bungled its reaction to the 2018 tax law and they obviously don’t have a handle on it at all yet.
Pre-2018, the RSF “donation” still wasn’t 100% deductible (it was 80%) so this shouldn’t have been that big of a deal for them. But then again, the athletic department was able to leave it up to the taxpayer to make sure they were complying with the law (which probably most were not).
