Five Level 1 violations levied by the NCAA, and you think Kansas is innocent? Especially given their track record of shadiness? Adidas's shadiness? That's a forest fire worth of smoke, and you think there's no fire there?? Come on, be real.

Kansas already won the Federal Court case on this matter so I’ll go with that until I see something new.

Correct. That’s a claim, not a proof
You know it wouldn't be so annoying if we all didn't know that of the shoe was on the other foot that you guys would be condemning us and Cal way worse than the things said on here about Kansas. Truth is tho if this has been us we would already be getting ready to enter our 3rd year of probation. Glad Arizona's board of regents has some integrity.

I love that on a basketball board, talking about a coach getting fired, devolves into some stupid race baiting **** mouth drool. Unbelievable, the ones who can't talk ball without bringing up their beliefs on life are such junk people.

I don’t know if I’d take it quite that far, but people who say “woke” are generally:

Politically conservative
White
Male
Over 40
Not a fan of a changing society

I won’t label them all as racists or bigots. Just people yearning for a different time that’s long gone and never coming back.

Pretty accurate

There is no assumption. If you really need it explained...

Poster insinuated the hiring of Mike Woodson, a former NBA coach and IU alum, and Herbert Davis, a lead UNC assistant and UNC alum, were done so to satisfy “wokeness.” As such, Arizona can continue this trend to hire a black coach as to be “woke”.

The insinuation is that these are charity hires made on the basis on skin color and these guys don’t deserve their positions but to satisfy some political agenda.

This is not 1960. Get your segregated ******** out of Kentucky
I mean the poster’s intent was pretty clear.

Lol they literally have nothing to do with one another. As long as kansas is a member of the NCAA they can deem you guilty and impose what ever sanctions they want.

That’s totally ludicrous, but if you were correct, they’d have already done it by now.

It's the same group every time. They need to be banned.

I mean, if you think the label applies to you, that’s that.

But you’re defending a guy who thinks black guys shouldn’t be coaches apparently... because IU hired a former NBA coach and UNC hired a former alumnus and both are black.

So, yeah, if hiring black people bothers you, you’re a redneck. That’s not a name call. That’s a fact. Embarrassing to fanbase, state, country and humanity and general. How do we breed such backwards people?
Since when does redneck equal racist. Redneck is typically someone working outside usually in a rural area. Red neck. Rednecks can be some of the nicest down to earth people you can meet. Racism isn't a geographical location or occupation. Maybe you should look at yourself

If there are anyone out there still looking for a chance to virtue signal as several have chosen to do....don't wait too long. This thread is headed for a lock.

We know you are a reallllllly good person....being a white guy calling other white guys a racist insulates you...for the moment....from being accused yourself of racism. Kind of like cloaking yourself in the preferred "offended class." That dog does eventually return the bite.... So don't miss your virtue signal chance.

Two alumni coaches hired and it because of "woke"....? wow.
I am ultra conservative, but that is a reach to the grand canyon; and obviously some vitriol in those veins

(Myself)
Politically conservative Yep
White Mostly
Male Yep
Over 40 Yep (you know, having some age and wisdom use to be respected)
Not a fan of a changing insane society Fify Yep

I see a world being deliberately pushed down a divisive destructive path, that will not end well for anyone. What we are witnessing is not, organic "change" over time. In fact, it's the oldest game in the book. Divide and conquer. And i'll leave it at that, since were are supposed to be discussing Miller. (apologies for segueing back to this)

Hey Jailhawks -- When even Arizona has a higher standard of ethics than you it's time to look in the mirror.

Sean Miller fired. Bill Self -- charged in same number of high-level NCAA violations -- given a lifetime contract. What a disgrace.
Crazy. They don't even report whether Arizona fired him for cause. He desreves a show cause letter and that might have been the difference.

No it isn't. It is VERY rare that a blueblood hires a HC who has never been a HC and I'm not sure if Davis recruited but the other one never has. Their hires almost defy logic.

IU is IU. You expect them to be smart. That is a you problem.
UNC... They hired Matt Doherty and that grandpa guy that looks like Biden. and you think they hired Davis, because he is black.

Prairie was misspelled^
Who gives a **** if someone can spell or not ? As long as an intelligent human being can figure out what he is saying, what difference does the spelling make. If you are so worried about spelling, go be a school teacher, instead of trying to make fun of other people on this board.
