They should have thrown the flag on that kicker for terrible acting. He was like 5 yards away after the kick and looked for someone to run into.
Another miss was when their punter picked up a rolling punt and started to return after signalling fair catch. That is a 5 yard delay of game penalty and would have put them at the 5.

I thought that as well. I think the Big Ten had said we are keeping flags to a minimum.
