That is pretty much the book on that entire league. They rarely have dominant bigs and generally like to play up tempo, drive the lanes, and shoot threes. They can be dangerous when they have a great three point shooting night. Sacred Heart kept the game from being a complete blow out in the second half by hitting the three pointers. We would get to 20 and they would hit one or two 3 pointers and close it to 15. We would open it up and they would repeat.

Sacred Heart showed have either played man or packed their zone in and essentially begged us to take open 3s
