A new member by Sunday. Time for GOP to use liberal tactics and legislate from the bench.

Stop the merciless killing of unborn babies. Way overdue.

WEll, I don't think that's ever going to be overturned. It's a states issue as Ginsburg said. Keep in mind that when there was no way the ACA was legal, Roberts found a way and Gorsuch sided with the liberal side once last year.

I thought Gorsuch was a good selection, not because of that decision. The guy has a reputation for being both smart and quick. A buddy of mine presented cases in his appeals court before he was nominated. My buddy said that Gorsuch was always read in, and asked really good questions as the case progressed. I get the sense that Gorsuch really looks at every case individually and really mulls it over. I don't see him as an ideologue.

Ultimately this is all we want good Judges to do. Examine the facts, look at the Law, use the Constitution as unbiased arbiter.

People didn’t see Kavanaugh that way either, at least until a couple of months ago. Then he became this absurd caricature of partisan conservatism.

Up until about three weeks ago, no one even knew he drank a beer in High school, yet cleared Federal scrutiny to secure the nuclear football for President Bush![eyeroll]

His opening statement and his demeanor in the last committee hearing didn't help him look nonpartisan. I can balance that against the fact that he's human. If the allegations against him are false, I can see him, or anyone, being upset about having to go through that process.

The hearing was very partisan and he had no choice but to defend himself against uncorroborated 36 year old allegations of assault and gang rape. His partisan adversaries attacked him relentlessly in front of his family. I've never seen anything like this.

The conspiracy stuff and mentioning Clinton is what bugged me, especially from a White Water investigator.

Exactly and have been thoroughly investigated. Reports are coming out that Ford's friend Keyser said she was pressured to change her statement to the FBI to support Ford. You still think Kananaugh has the votes? I don't think he does.

He is spot on with the conspiracy stuff......I think you would agree because its clearly what it is and has been. He should not have gone the Clinton route.

Ford will be 52 next month and looks older than Pelosi and Feinstein. (Good Lord!) They both have more than 25 years on her. *****'nstein is older than Ford's parents. I bet all three have some nasty smelling bloomers.

She is also a certified nutcase.

This. He was attacked with ******** allegations and when he fought back they call in his temperament.

He was in a no win situation and the liberals wanted and still want to make it a #metoo issue and whip up emotion....they were successful too.

The liberals are not afraid to play dirty and thats their advantage, always has been....there is no lengths that are taboo.........the left of my old party have chased away many of us moderate democrats. I now identify more with the GOP and I never would have thought I would ever say that..

We have one of our OT members who claimed that Black people like me who voted for Trump voted against our own best interests. That sort of arrogance runs through the Democrat Party and the Left when it comes to Black folks and it has pissed off more than enough of us to where I think the Democrats have screwed the Pooch taking advantage of that block of voters for the past 50 years.

That poster didn't have the guts to explain what was meant by me not voting in my own best interest casting a ballot for Trump and many other Blacks feel insulted by the suggestion that their vote automatically should go to the Democrat Party which is been pimping us like a bunch of rented Whores for half a century!

For me personally the gig was up on them back when I left College and started making money. I saw the sham they had been running. My man Bobby B trust me you are not alone in your thinking and 'The Reawakening' that's going on in the country right now regarding the fraudulent Left and the Democrat Party that they call home.
