Problem is, Frost was once a proven coordinator, hungry for a head coaching role. Then he got a HC role at UCF. Did well. Came here.
It seems that formula didn't work with Frost or Pelini (even though that one actually kind of worked). I'm over the finding a diamond in the rough bullsh*t. Either find a proven head coach, or go with yet another unknown.
You'd think after having done this 5 times since Osborne we would have learned our lesson by now. But it seems we're still perpetually searching for the shiny new object.
