Scoreboard club experience?

Hey guys, just wondering what people’s experiences have been like in the scoreboard club. Going to my first game in years this weekend (pending tickets) and trying to figure out if it’s a good option or not. Thanks in advance.

It's great, AC when it's hot, heat when it's cold. Happy wife happy life! Took awhile to get used to watching from an end zone vantage point. Also took me a few games to get used to drinking during the game. Prior to moving up there I would drink heavier than normal before the game and nothing during the game only to start again post game. First couple of games I wasnt prepared for beer during the game and exceeded my limit. Now I pace myself.

This is our first year sitting up there, and I love it.
We haven't had a really hot game, so I do have concerns that the lack of shade may really suck compared to the west side where we've sat for years, but if it gets bad you have an a/c lounge and all the soft drinks/water you can handle so it's really a non-issue.

The food is pretty good. The snack type stuff (chips and dip, appetizers) is probably better than the main course options. Obviously if you're a big drinker it's absolutely the way to go.

As for the end zone view, that didn't take me long at all to get adjusted to. It's a lot easier to see all the action at once and it's really not a bad view to watch the game. It is harder to judge where they are in relation to the first down marker, though.

The a/c, TV's, rest rooms, etc are great amenities for pregame, halftime and post game. The food is what it is, not bad but nothing to brag about. The view facing the sun and from the end zone and people constantly walking by when you're inside or standing outside absolutely sucks and makes it not worth the $ in my opinion, but I'm one that studies every play while listening on the radio. I prefer filling up on good food at the tailgate and watching satellite games pre and post game but that's just me. My wife loves it though but doesn't even know who we are playing most weekends

THe view is the best, you can see alignments, shifts, the holes open up, receivers break open. It is a QB or LB view. The A/C, bathrooms are worth it. No one spilling drinks all over you, pea on the floor, etc, and as they note, Happy wife, happy life. We sit on the first row, so no one in front of us, will never give up these seats.

Agree. The view is great exactly for the reasons this guy stated.

Just got an email that due to the game time they are doing a breakfast brunch buffet prior to the game and will switch over to the regular menu once the game starts. Breakfast and lunch this week!

Scoreboard Club is the best. I sit up their when my friends are out of town (which is often thanks to Select Soccer) and I love it. The experience is great, but also, if you are an X's and O's kinda guy, seeing plays develop is incredible. Even better than upper west side. We had a conversation at the LSU game that it would be beneficial to move coaches in the box to a scoreboard box because of the way you can see formations, shifts, alignments, and what not.
