Hes taken on more of an Urban Meyer style of coaching, which I like.

Rutgers is no longer an easy game for anyone. They may not have the team to win close games but we have the team to be in close games. That is a big step over last few years.

There are no must win games this year. I admit, I want to see a few wins but recruits can see the improvement and this staff can sell what they're doing. Next season there will be some must win games. Now to contradict myself, if PSU is winless when we play them, that could be a must win game.

I don't know why anyone is surprised by this. After being fired by Tampa there were several interviews about what he would do different in his next job. He had this all mapped out years ago.
