I think it’s legit. I remember it at the time; and I was thinking it was pretty damming to hear the Kellen Grady part of the quote. But then again, Grady himself said the same thing about not being happy about that role. I wanted that kid in a bad way.

How can any UK fan be upset for anyone being about the money when the vast majority of our players are only here one season and move to “reach for their dreams” - where they are paid? Lol…. Anyone thinking there is loyalty in todays college bball is naive. Sure there are some players who are, but those with pro potential or big NIL opportunities aren’t and they shouldn’t be. It’s a business and it starts in high school. I don’t blame a player for doing what is best for him and let’s be honest, Creighton was also the best spot for him as far as the NCAA tourney

Grady got a ton of open looks and until he was injured did fine here.

I was glad we didn't sign this guy. He sounded like a big me guy and God knows we didn't need anymore of those.
