The interactions on the Moonstone were a good representation of human frailty and our ability to step up in the most dignified ways. Unless I miscounted, the paired up Brit & Frenchie were on 4 different boats counting the one beached by low tide.
Some libs criticized the movie for not having people of color and only a couple of women. Personally, I couldn't help but notice the women's role. I was very moved by the old gals (Medics) trying to keep the guys pieced together while that **** was going down.That flick was well made and struck a lot of chords. What a total cluster that military disaster was. ugh.
