Absolutely abysmal performance by MD so far. ABYSMAL.

I'll say this, offensively Naz Reid is killing MD inside. His mere presence is completely disrupting MD defensively and LSU is taking advantage (LSU paid dearly for that advantage)

But MD offensively is just disgusting. Sczerbiak was just talking about how great LSU's defense is? ********. It's mediocre at best. Most of the B1G teams, us included, play better defense than what LSU is doing. MD missing shot after shot after shot and making horrible decisions to boot.

Maryland really likes looking at their shots...

..Pretty sure a double step to the left, or a hop, followed by a full span, followed by another step, is a walk even for Michael Jordan. How the hell was that is that not called 3 possessions ago on Maryland?

Seriously I have not seen a single Maryland player follow their shot the entire game. Most of them start moving backwards as soon as they shoot.

If you watch the last play closely, the LSU guard travelled.

After his last dribble, he took 4 steps, including the right foot hitting the floor before the shot. I think that last right foot hitting the floor should have been a travel call.

Anyone else see that?
Have a replay you can watch?

Terps have no one to blame but themselves for this loss

How many time can i say this...You dont go down 15 points and expect to win. LSU kid made great play and team didn't fold under adversity

Okay I’ve got a guy saying he watched it 3 times and none of this happened. 1 of you 2 are either schlammered or blind.

Watched it live. Thought is was a great shot but travelling. Also refs usually will have whistle in the pocket late on a shot like that

I’m not disagreeing about the walk BUT he 1) didn’t take 4 steps (took 3) and 2) my friend is (still) adamant that his foot hasn’t hit the ground.

Okay 3 steps (that’s a walk), right foot dragging doesn’t matter as he’s already walking, but There’s no way the flight is landing before that shot comes out of his hand.

So it’s a “push” on who called it properly lol!

Morant is a very talented offensive player, let’s just say his defense leaves a lot to be desired.

That Nick Ward turnover.... he shuffled two steps when he caught the ball, but immediately passed it back out. Aren't you allowed to take two steps and pass the ball?

Tremont Waters clearly took 4 steps in the LSU game. His right step comes off the floor then hits the floor again. Two Lefts and two rights.

No, he took at most 2 and a half steps. If he took 4 steps it would have been a blatant travel and been called in a tie game.
