Need to load up on trenches this year.
Maybe 6 OL (3 HS/3 JUCO-transfer) and 6 DL (3 HS/3 JUCO-transfer).
Lots of beef needed in this class.

Win need a bunch of Big Uglies that play with a Nasty streak. Give me some Incognito’s that can flip the switch when the whistle blows.

Awesome. Article says they project him to play center because of his athleticism. Love locking down in-state kids early to hopefully give your class some early momentum.

Can't wait until we can get a manageable roster where we aren't loading up on a position. Should be able to take a few of everything each position each year

Austin taking a break from recruiting this past fall sure didn't help our cause. Yeah I know we've got a lot of OL guys on the roster but it's pretty clear that we've been willing to recruit over the top of a lot of other positions and let the depth chart sort out who is going to stick around. He clearly knew he wasn't going to stick around pretty early in the season.

At least hypothetical 6 OL is only taking one of each position +1. Mixing HS and Juco/transfers helps balance the class.
When we sign around 25 some years, 6 for OL is not too far out of reach.
6 DL in one class if we’re running a 3-4 is extreme, but that group is short now with several projects.

With the portal, it’s gonna be harder for all coaches to maintain a balanced roster.

I am just happy the coaches identified someone to play center. It seems like we just hope to find someone for that position in all the mix. From day one, center. This is all on Raiola now, we will see what he can build.
