Really interesting dude. Kind of Diacoish but more of a west coast vibe.
No, I won't agree to refraining from a perfectly harmless, admittedly less less than perfect comparison of Diaco to Verduzco. But quotes like "We have a moral obligation as a group of quarterbacks to be effective and efficient every game, every season” is very Diacoish. Sam seems to have had a ball talking to the guy. Like Diaco, he certainly isn't the standard issue coaching personality. From the article, he takes a very thorough systems approach to coaching QBs. I think this was also true of Diaco and defense. We don't know Verduzco much at all yet, but he seems like he could be a really interesting fella. I like the jazz reference to improvisation in QB play. Again, very Diacoish.May this be the last thread in which any of NU’s previous staff is used to describe one of NU’s current staff

I will keep things to a minimum in terms of that referenceAre you into torture? Every time you mention his name, it causes me pain. Show me mercy by stopping
Long overdue that we had a QB coach.
I expect the play at the position will improve.

No doubt, the Minny QB had to call it quits because he ran for so many yards against us last year.LaughingHopefully his QB's torch the defense just like all the QB's did against Diaco

I dont see the link to being anything close to Diaco. I didnt see a thesaurus of synonyms to say one word twenty times anywhere in the linked article.Really interesting dude. Kind of Diacoish but more of a west coast vibe.
It'll help when we get good players.

Onward and upward my friend. That’s actually true
He must have run himself lame in the nu game
That same epic minny offense that got shut out the following 2 weeks after putting 50 plus on donu
I looked at his numbers in December thinking he might be a good fit for frosts offense- I thought he looked pretty athletic
His numbers were horrible with the exception of the nu game- go figure
As bought as rock bottom as anyone could have imagined in the modern era of nu football
