I have a friend renting a Jayco JayFlight camper on game weekends. $100 per night (2 night minimum) and $100 setup and take down. Will set it up anywhere you choose in Starkville. Right now all weekends are open. Shoot me a text if you want to book a weekend. 9016745850

Its a good idea, but if your friend doesn't have a RV pass to set up on campus, he might be out of luck. The other options (Horse Park, KOA, and Pines) usually book up by now. (Horse Park has 3 games sold out).
Might try Tiak-O'Khata in Louisville...

I just purchased a RV and tried to reserve a spot at the horse park for all the home games and ran into 2 problems.
1. FL, Auburn and A&M are all booked for the reserved spots with hook-ups, but the spots without hook-ups are first come first serve. For those that have experience with dealing with this situation - Do these spots normally fill up? If so, when do you think I need to show up in order to get a spot? I'd hate to drive over 3 hrs and not have a place to park...
2. The horse park has another event scheduled homecoming weekend so where is everyone that normally sets up at the horse park there going?

Yeah the reserved spots sold out within 3 hours of taking reservations. We got one of the last 2 spots. I think the reservations opened up at 2:30, and we got ours at 5:00.

Bolddogge: I would check with the KOA. It's the old Oktibeeha county lake Park.
