Lol we have a few games left in a lost season. All these coaches of course won't be retained next year. Seems silly to have a bunch of "fire . . ." Threads like we have seen.

I feel bad for him. He got the job because he's legacy. He's gonna be teaching high school PE next year.

If this team had a top 30 type offensive line and a healthy qb, might have been a better season.

What sucks is how freaking negative and hostile people get towards our team when a player or coach isnt working out. I wish people wouldn't make it so personal and mean.

Ruud got the job because he was a former Nebraska player. You see Nebraska doesn’t hire the best coaches, they only hire former Nebraska players

Yes I usually say things in my room by myself! Sometimes, it's betters, & other times, they are frustrated with losing! I feel no body feels worse that the young men! So I vent, sidestep my pride! Better days ahead! But in addition, as I've contributed donations in addition to buying tickets, I understand fans frustration! We are what we are, & no sympathy will come our way until we get a coach & staff that can rebuild lines, & roster!

Its Funny that MJ suddenly doesn't know football even though he left a program who just recently won the title and he personally coached up 2 top 10 receivers, JaMarr Chase and Justin Jefferson, in the NFL from the time they were drafted. There was also another player, Terrance Marshall Jr., that is starting to play well for the Carolina Panthers. The problem is NU doesn't have team speed and they just have not recruited well. They have recruited to be a middling BG10 team. They are not living up to even that lowly level.

He may be fired but that will be up to the new coach whoever that ends up being.

Palmer has dropped some much needed passes however I do recall in JaMarr Chases first year with Bengals he was dropping passes and the Bengals wondered if he was a bust. Well as a Pro Bowler in his rookie campaign he squelched that argument. So Palmer should be able to get back on tract. The constant change of quarterback isn’t helping either.

It is the culmination of 5 years of failure that is causing some of us to lash out.

And it isn’t like the coaches are making minimum wage either. They get paid a lot and some have been underperforming for far too long. Some here clearly got the job because of who they knew and not what they know.

I honestly think the drops are from not knowing where the damn ball will be thrown in rhythm without Casey. Purdy threw one pass Palmer should of caught, but before that it was always late or behind receivers. The announcers said Tommy hill had a “drop” when purdy gunned it way outside and so early he tried to get a hand on it and did to prevent an interception.
