I believe it was him who said he really didn't follow Nebraska growing up and didn't have anything having to do with Nebraska in his home. Clothes, memorabilia, ect....So that could be accurate.

Ruud also expects to see some major strides from Will Honas. Said we didn't practice as well as he played in the games. Will needs to turn it loose in practice and not over think things.

That makes total sense to me. It's pretty tough to come in and play in your first year unless they pretty much just hand you the job. I expect Honas to have an excellent year as long as he's healthy.

I think he's All-American at ILB in a 3-4.

The kid is perfect for that spot. Fast, athletic. Frame will support it.

I'm not usually this guy but I'm a bit shocked no one has stated this yet.

He may have been an Iowa fan growing up but once grown he obviously realized that Iowa is....well.....Iowa! :rolleyes: :Cool:

I really don’t mean this like a dick, but get used to that. The days of Iowa coming over into Nebraska and poaching our Nebraska players are over. Frost is making a HUGE effort to keep our top Nebraska talent at home.
