To be eligible for reconciliation it has to be deficit neutral. I dont know if they found a way to do that, but I doubt they were able to cobble that together in the few hours they had to get it together.

It started w/ Rush Limbaugh making fun of the way a thirteen year old Chelsea Clinton looked on his radio shows starting in '93, IMO. Completely beyond the pale.

That bloated, bloviating toad doesn't have room to talk about anyone's looks, much less a teen girl.

I did not hear what Rush may have said, but from the tenor of your post I gather he echoed who I have thought since the Clintons were in the White House--Chelsea was one of the the ugliest people I have ever seen. She has seemed to improve somewhat with age but is still not in line to contend for winning a beauty contest.
