Rutgers band sounding like an SEC band that you hear on CBS. Thats an improvement, just like this first quarter so far.
This appears to be a vastly more talented and well coached RU team. Lots of new skill position players and the OL and DL looking good against a tough team.
Gonna have to try to stretch the field soon enough, UW is starting to clog the box.
You can feel the momentum starting to ebb a bit. We are going to have to open up the passing game a bit in the 2Q.
Seems like Ash was masking Turays true status for this one. A lot of quick tosses. Need to stretch them. Wonder if there is a concern about ability to protect.
R defense came out rockin & the offense had great play calling/execution on the first drive if we can limit major injuries we got a chance to go bowling fellas! I'm basing this on watching what we're doing against an above average team regardless of how early in the game it is.....UW has young cbs i would like to see us try to exploit that more.
