Pull the starters at Halftime. Rest up for away game at Wisconsin. Vanilla playbook. Luke F and Staff will be watching.Rutgers 48
Wagner 7
Just get out of the game healthy.
24-3 RU. Grind it out ground game while Wimsatt attempts no more than 15 passes.
I’ll take the under on that.I predict pizza is gone by minute five of the first quarter.
We threw for 4 TDs (3 diff quarterbacks) and 257 yards against them last year so…. I doubt it. Wagner takes stinking to a whole different level.A more interesting poll is, how many RU touchdown passes and passing yards. I predict 1 passing TD and 125 yards. Schiano won't risk GW losing confidence via aggressive/unsuccessful passing AND not wanting to show much more to Wisky.
This. I will plan for a pre and post-halftime tailgate.Didn't the team hang 66 on them last year with a far less effective offense? I'll go with RU 63, Wagner 0 with mass RU fans tailgating in the lots in the 2nd half as we will hang at least 42 in the 1st half.
Really? He will have a ton of time in the pocket and has shown he can make some pretty good throws against the big boys- those sideline passes against the #2 team in the country, hitting guys in stride all season. We can let GW air it out without showing anything new that we haven't already done. It is the perfect time to build the confidence.A more interesting poll is, how many RU touchdown passes and passing yards. I predict 1 passing TD and 125 yards. Schiano won't risk GW losing confidence via aggressive/unsuccessful passing AND not wanting to show much more to Wisky.
