Rutgers vs UM - 1st Half Game Thread!

[scarletbergen]

At least he's trying something. We are going to get blown out. Might as well go down fighting.

Its 21-10 and its Flood's fault that we are not good. Trying something pathetic is not any substitute for doing the job. I'm totally on board Hermann and Flood must go!
Zero yards passing.

[ArminRU]

Laviano still scared to throw.

[SouthJerseyRU]

No facemask?

[j10oreo]

It's not about the Xs and Os...except with mostly the same jimmys and joes as last year Harbaugh has much better team.

How can you say that when you see some college teams do more with less (i.e. Temple, Memphis...)? Harbaugh knows x's and o's... He's had great success everywhere he's been so far. Meyer has had great success everywhere he's been so far. Flood will never be on their level, and that's not because of the depth of his team. That's because he's an awful x's and o's person.

[devoted2ru]

Hey, we completed a pass! Somebody take a picture.

[Piscataway_rivals]

Is this a hold by 61? I'll admit I don't know.

[miketd1]

That was a really slow developing screen...

[Block R]

Wow, our first completion traveled at least 2.5 yards in the air

[Rufaninga]

They are really reviewing to see if laviano completed the pass....

[miketd1]

Is this a hold by 61? I'll admit I don't know.

B-B-B-BUT PEPPERZzzZzzzz tho!!!!

[devoted2ru]

They don't call a face mask penalty on UM, but they dispute a 1st down for RU.

[RU-Choppin-Ohio]

Another missed call...facemask penalty on Laviano

[Caliknight]

B1G refs are horrible.

Not facemask on Laviano? No clip on the Peppers call? That overturned first play of the game?

A first down call the got? Please. We wouldn't be winning this game but these refs blow.

They review the first down for RU, of course. Same sitch with UM...clear first down, no review.

They suck.

[Block R]

Another missed call...facemask penalty on Laviano

While I agree and it isn't helping, it isn't the refs who are beating us.

[GSGS]

We just lost 2/3 of our passing yards with that replay ruling - instead of 3 yards passing for the game, we now have 1.

[Piscataway_rivals]

B-B-B-BUT PEPPERZzzZzzzz tho!!!!

Hahaha

[miketd1]

Is Peppers performing at halftime?

[BillyC80]

Matthews looks like a player

[devoted2ru]

Nice catch by Matthews.

[Blitz8RU]

Is Peppers performing at halftime?

Yes he is superman

[ScarletNYC]

Jesus Christ. He was wide open. Nice throw on the one before that.

[KeithK7624]

Laviano has to make that pass lol

[devoted2ru]

Flanagan WIDE open and Laviano misses him! -But we get saved with a hold

[Block R]

Flanagan wide open and the pass wasn't even close. I really hate dogging on our players but that would have likely been a TD.

[ArminRU]

How does Laviano miss so bad there??

[KeithK7624]

And that one too

[Piscataway_rivals]

The officials even penalize him so they can talk about peppers some more.

[RU-Choppin-Ohio]

Imagine that....a pass to the TE....first time in 3 games

[devoted2ru]

A swing pass...and Laviano boots it.

[Caliknight]

Laviano can't even hit swing passes anymore. He needs to sit.

[ArminRU]

Wow, just wow Laviano.

[RUinPAC10land]

Peppers on the hold? are they still talking about the TD?

[Blitz8RU]

Not impressed with Michigan's OL. Look like tarazan and play like Jane.

[RUHotTrumpetMonkeyLove]

Get! Him! Out!

[Piscataway_rivals]

Little bit of a fast whistle there

[miketd1]

Peppers didn't miss the tackle. He "slowed down the receiver". My God the spin..

[RU206]

Laviano can't make simple throws.

[rutger80]

Laviano has to hit Grant in stride there

[brgossRU90]

So far I'd say laviano has made one good throw this half.

[RutgersJoe]

Expert technique by Peppers on the hold
