Rutgers can make a contribution to the Big Ten by upsetting this weak sauce Penn State team. they're just not in the same league as ohio state or michigan and would kill the conference play off chances.

That was a pathetic display against a beat up PSU team with a makeshift OL and overall team looking a bit haggard coming through a demanding stretch of conference games. Yikes.
