Reading some of the posts here makes me think some if you stop watching the game and are just guessing as to what is happening.

Good Lord ! If you're familiar with the OSU lineup, he's been rotating players all game. He's already played a ton freshman. Of course, I guess there's no way around that when 44 out of the 85 man roster have freshman eligibility this year.
Oden isnt in to lead us to victory or to all of a sudden provide instant and a better offense, he is there for experience period.
I don't understand you defend laviano at all costs people. You act as if no other program would want to see another qb if their stater was this bad. Mindboggling.

I'm not defending Laviano. He sucks. He sucks hard. But it is pretty clear he's the best we have at this moment.

OSU has a roster full of NFL quality talent that has been developed. We don't. It's that simple. SWitch coaches and the results are the same.

Welp so much for Urban not running up the score out of "respect." Whoever thought he would was kidding themselves. We have to do our job and at this moment the talent is too large to overcome to keep it a respectable game at least.

Give him a chance. We are playing the no. 2 team in the country. Whose D forces a lot of turnovers.
Right now I'm looking for good decision making and strong throws. What to look at his passing mechanics too. Want to see a QB who actually steps into his throws.
Probably Laviano's fault we didn't get a first down there too, eh? Takes eleven players playing well for the team to do well. Simple minded people can only see the QBs mistakes. They can't see the missed blocks, the incorrectly run routes, the bad play calls, the dropped balls, etc.

They were passing in the 3rd quarter. so f'n what? if they're passing with less than 3 minutes in the game, go and whine then. otherwise it's not really an issue. OSU is playing to get to the playoff, they need to do what they need to do. we need to stop them. Ash's team isn't stopping them. His failure to do his job isn't on meyer.
And stone hands drops another one. Patton needs to see the bench.
