They are bad, but in Matt Millen's case, I think you can just apply the old "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity" axiom

We gotta do better against the run. That first drive they were moving the ball pretty well too until the pass/penalty derailed. I'd just keep it on the ground if I were them until we prove we can stop it. Gotta be physical.
