That's nice of you to say. Guessing more than a few here will disagree.
I'm calmer and hopefully level-headed these days, than I once was. But my forum handle is actually an inside joke ("mild one"). In college, my roommate nicknamed me Taz for the cartoon Tasmanian Devil because I was energetic in the extreme, chaotic, and sometimes way, way out of control. That continued somewhat into early adulthood. I had a tendency towards violence that didn't abate until my mid-30s when I finally got it under control.
