Big win for the program. This is starting to feel like a stepping stone season. Next year looks to be very exciting.

Someone posted they were worried about the Pysche of the team after the loss to Iowa. Not calling you out, just an amazing coaching job by Pike. His players bELieve they can win against anyone even on their court. Let’s go boys, lots of season left!

Just got home to see the score. But guess who has it on the DVR? Will watch it tomorrow. Not a big shooting day from Geo, but 9 assists, 6 rebounds and 2 steals. Once again, a different freshman steps up. This time it is Harper. Other times, Mathis. Or Johnson. Or McConnell. Future looks good, and what we have done will resonate on the recruiting trail. Fine job by the staff, and hopefully the last poster to say he or she can't see any progress will come over into the light.

Someone tell Ash this is what a rebuild is supposed to look like. Pretty damn impressive job by the players and coaches. Each week they just keep getting better, I'm in awe.

Geo was a non factor yet we still won.
Eugene played on one leg yet we still won
We missed two dunks yet we still won

Joking aside love this team so much!

Two games in a row pikiel has been a magician with his substitutions. He has been great managing the game. Credit to him and his staff. Everyone is firing on all cylinders with this program.

Unbelievable, but this team is making believers of all that see it play.
This win is just another example of that.

Beat Iowa and the refs.
This is spot on. The officiating for this game was atrocious. At one point Iowa had 31 FT attempts to our 11. Think about that. I watched the entire game and every time they either drove to the basket or went up for an offensive rebound, these ****** officials call a foul. Meanwhile, Bohannen, that whiny little *****, kept pushing off and not getting called for an offensive foul. In one sequence he pushed off three times right in front of the official and nothing was called. Meanwhile Carter and Johnson breathed on Cook, Krieger or Garza and were called with the foul. Horrible officiating and yet we still beat the crap out of them in their sold out arena. Beautiful.

Geo definitely was not a non factor....Geo was instrumental in this win. At the key juncture he made a few plays that stopped that one Iowa run. He brought calm and leadership in the 2nd run.
