WTF

Illinois just used a TO, and then Ash takes one right after that.
Well duh, it's not like we want them at the end of a close game. Good thing we took it too, stopped them from getting a TD. That's definitely one thing right from the start of his tenure I've disliked and it's not improved at all really.

If I got a $100 for every time a TO did not pay off, I could make a significant contribution to Ash's buy out.

Why is everyone so bent out of shape about burning timeouts?? We’re never close enough at the end of a game for it to make a difference.

Guess Ash forgot to tell the DBs to turn around during that timeout. Where is the receiver gonna go, out the tunnel?? ZERO FOOTBALL IQ

Don’t think so.

Lotsa times in this game kid was in position and just didn’t wrap up.

My problem with team speed is NO ONE seems to be able to track the QB down.
That's not a speed issue, that's a tackling issue, a coaching issue but speed is not our problem

Would have helped last week at the end of the second half. And this week at the end of the first half. Now probably at the end of this half.

Just wait and see how that dumb TO comes back to haunt us.
Well it would have to be closer first ...that is one observation though I've made. Yea he burns time outs like crazy but how many times did it actually matter because we don't often have games come down to the final minutes. I don't recall many last minute drives at half too for that matter.

How can you not see the football coming with the WR pinned against the EZ sideline and we're not even a step away.

I agree with this and have said it (including just above)but still not a good habit if you ask me. You'd like to think eventually you would get into those kind of games.

Just saw the score.

Embarrassment continues

Barchi and Hobbs, stop the crap and cut the cord asap.

Illinois is a very bad football team and they are running us out of the empty stadium

This is a joke to the State of NJ

This is a Shea and early Schiano team folks- on both sides of the ball. There is no player development, schemes are bad, talent is terribly thin, recruiting is horrendous, losing by 3 scores to Illini at home....

I stopped watching after Kansas but was hopeful today- another blowout. This experiment is not working but I know we are stuck with Ash for a while.

Laughing stock of college football again. Flood was not this bad....

I don’t blame you for having such low expectations.

I want to think McNulty is the only good coach on our roster, but it’s like he didn’t even pay attention to what we did on the drive we scored. In fact now we are doing the sheer OPPOSITE !! Slow, sideline passes, run up the middle, and try to squeeze downfield instead of open guys under the defense. Pathetic coaching

Don't see a lot of "young" talent either.

Would be hilarious if McNulty went to Ash and said I want to try something, then we have that drive that resembles an actually offense, and then Ash turns and goes "Alright, let's try this neanderthal pro style where we have our scat back run into a brick wall every play."

Again. 3rd down the play is "WR just run straight doen the field and meander around".

Yhis play calling is horrific.

We may differ on politics, food, beer, pro sports teams and just about everything else.
but one thing is clear consensus, Clueless Chris Ash has to go, NOW.

He is not cut out to be coaching here on our great and tough state of NJ

He's also not smart enough to run a program in the B1G

Send his sorry arse back to Iowa

You people need to stop watching. Hobbs has not earned your time by allowing this horrible embarrassment to continue. Go outside or something.

Speak with your wallets and your eyeballs. Give them neither until a change is made.
