This EMU team is a very good team. Much better than Rutgers. And they were rated as such. They have a better line on both offense and defense, a better qb, better WRs, etc. Forget the conference affiliation. Rutgers sucks no matter what conference they are in.

Is there any improvement between last year and this year? If so where do you see it. Coach Ash has put transfers with no future at Rutgers in the primary positions of responsibility, so how does that set the table for improvement for next year? I really don't understand the plan.

Which tells you exactly what you need to know about why a big name coach wouldnt want to come here, to be the head coach. This is a VERY tough job. It's akin to being the GM of the New York Mets with the Wilpons as your bosses. It's like, impossible.
