Seems like a lot of uncoordinated donations programs? I sent $500 to BUILD BIG TEN in January.

Actually one very big coordinated program giving donors the choice to designate where the funds go. As of 4 pm, this one day effort has generated more than $575,000. Not bad for a single day with nearly 8 more hours to go.

I think that is cool. I didn't donate today, mostly because I am undecided about how I want to direct my donation.

But I donate annually, and proudly.

As I've posted on the other forums. There is a priority point disconnect with this event and football season tix,parking. I will wait until after June 30 for the new fiscal year.

Almost at $2.5 million now and extended until 9pm tonight.

I understand the concern for priority points and other stuff. But this campaign goes Nationwide and brings in people who have never donated to Rutgers previously. By getting the word out via social media and other means, it provides an opportunity to bring in new donors who may begin to make regular contributions. I applaud this effort.
