Great coach who helped take women’s volleyball as a sport to the highest levels. He deserves every accolade. He always made time to greet the young fans who came to the games. Godspeed Coach Rose. You’ll always be one of my faves.

My wife and I met him some years ago after a win at michigan. He was humble and thanked us for coming out and supporting the team.

I don't think there are rumors about her aside from the video interview where she was teased about staying in PA and she didn't respond. I've seen a lot of names being tossed around on VolleyTalk forums, but again it's just speculation about who they may hire and not really rumors with smoke behind them. But pretty much everyone seems to think Salima is the white whale hire, the big question with her is whether or not she even wants to get back into coaching. The other names include Pitt and Louisville's coaches, and pretty much every PSU program alumnus that is out there coaching such as Fawcett to name one example.

Hopefully the new coach is announced soon. Maybe would provide some hope that several of the PSU 2021 core stars that announced for the portal will decide to return for their final year of eligibility. Otherwise, we will require a major rebuilding.
