I voted quade simply because it's his to lose right now and we have no idea if hagans is indeed 2018. Like cals other upperclassmen in the past, he will give him every chance to be the starter

Maybe I’m not understanding the people voting for Hagans. I’m sure he is a great talent but SGA is a proven talent. If people don’t want him running this team next year I don’t understand.

IF, SGA does return, and Ashton Hagans reclassifies, and comes to UK. I want Hagans running the point, SGA at the 2, KJ at the 3, IF KNOX returns, he can play the 4, and PJ at the 5. Play small

In 2017, Briscoe was the primary ball handler on quite a few possessions, even though Fox was on the floor. You can integrate two true point guards on the floor at the same time.

Heck, we had two PGs plus a combo guard in 2016, and it was beautiful. The ball never stopped moving.

Why would hagans run it over Quickley? Simply curious as I haven’t really seen Hagans play. What are the differences in the two?

Do people not know how solid Quickley is? It will be impossible to keep him off the court as our PG. Green is dangerously close to no man’s land.

Because Hagans is more of a John wall type athlete who can blow past his man and put a great deal of pressure on the ball he's a athletic freak who we don't have at guard ,I think cal is recruiting over Quade green because he can't be a great defensive guard he lacks the lateral quickness in my opinion and why else would cal really want Hagans....

Voted the same for the same reasons. I haven’t seen Quickley or Hagans in a full game so I give the benefit of the doubt to the sophomore.

What are the chances that we actually get Hagans I think is what everybody is wondering.

If we got him, I agree he'd likely start...............but that's IF..................

If we get Hagans, Green is out if here IMO.

I think it might be the other way around. If Greene leaves we get Hagans. And I think there is a chance that Greene transfers to Villanova or some other program closer to his home fearing the loss of playing time . In my mind that might be the reason for the late push for Hagans to reclassify?

I say, lets get em all in and let em battle it out...

Good problem to have after a season with no depth at the guard position.

That would make sense as well.

If our backcourt is green, quickley, hagans, baker, and herro we will be tough to deal with. 3 interchangeable pgs and 2 sharpshooters. Nearly immune to foul trouble.

I could be wrong, it has happened once, but quade doesnt seem the type to tuck tail and transfer.

I wouldn't be mad at him. There's a small window at UK as new talent is rolling in. He had his chance and with injuries slowing him up and him trying to do too much to make up for it near the end, things didn't go well. I still think he could be a GREAT UK player, but won't be suprised if he leaves, either.

Hagan a quick and more polished PG
getting to the rim and finishing. Where Quickley more of a Combo Guard that has decent out side shoot. Both together would be super sweet. Plus you have Green, Baker and Herro. You could even throw Johnson in the mix he’s a 2/3 type player.

Hagan and Johnson are Alpha Dogs!!

I hope we get Hagans but I really hope he doesn't run Quade off. He was one of my favorite players on this team and seems like a guy who could be a really good multiple year player for us.

SGA is gone

Quade seems to play better off the ball lacking the quickness to handle elite defenders

IQ can play on or off but is really good at running the show

Hagans can play on or off

**In reality I think we go with 3 guard offense similar to Kansas. We have elite shooting coming off the bench in Herro & Baker.
