Probably. From my understanding Adidas is not paying out as much as Nike but is offering NIL deals to student athletes. I guess UNL just wants the raw cash flow.

Yeah, I'm sure Adidas doesn't have any competent lawyers drafting up their agreements when they shell out millions ($128M to Nebraska) for school partnerships.
