I would love to see the pushing of the QB eliminated from football. However, if the ball is handed off or caught by pass play pushing would be ok. Thoughts?

I don't care what they do in that regard. Pushing the ball carrier used to be against the rules anyway. What I do object to is the proposed rule change about time clock management. They are thinking of eliminating clock stoppage after a first down. They want to shorten games to minimize injuries they say. You only get so many games a year and I have zero desire to see the time of play shortened. Put a time limit on the damn video reviews if you want to shorten games. Or limit the TV time outs. I know that involves millions of dollars and it is to every program's financial advantage to have loads of commercials, but at what point do you draw a line in the sand and say "enough already."?

I don’t believe I’ve heard anyone complain about how long a football game is Except for the length of replay reviews. Just think how bad it will be with commercials if they shorten the game., ugh
