RU vs Ohio St Game Thread

This game is not about the refs. Yeah there have been a few but it is not the difference by far. it is about turnovers and Scaife/Cooper playing against 8 other players. 5 from OSU and the other 3 from Rutgers doing little but turning it over. I feel bad for them. They really brought it.

Wish I was a BB expert ... If someone did this after every game, you'd see us get more calls
Besides Mitchell it was turnovers that lost this game...so awful with brainless turnovers for no reason
It's over, no composure, throwing the ball away. Thank you Kelsey!! Killed by a one-person show, and I don't fault our team or coach for this. This kid cannot miss, how can we beat that??
True. But when a win here could possibly get us into the NCAA's this is really disappointing.
Even though we lost because of what I mentioned above, the officiating SUCKS!!!
The officiating? In THIS game? Sorry, no, we're just not very good and we're damn sloppy. The "officials" had ZERO to do with the outcome of this game.
Doesn't matter, have to play today and if being tired is the cause of loss, will be resting the off season unless resting up until NIT play.
I'm all for the players ,CVS and her staff , but can't make an excuse for this game.
Ohio St played better and that's that.

Complaining about bad officiating in women's college basketball is like complaining about the cold in Antarctica... you know it's going to be there going in.
Someone last night seemed confused about why the mods and others on the board objected to the term "ponytail" . I presume you would argue that ponytail just means a 3 point sharpshooter. It was all anyone talked about last night. Yet tonight, when Kelsey Mitchell is raining threes on us, it has not been said once. People have said we need a shooter like her. People have mentioned three point shooting. But not once has the word ponytail been used. Why do you think that is? THAT is why people object to the term.
