This staff leaves a lot to be desired.
From an outside perspective it's ridiculous that this QB wasn't starting and there is 0 excuse for it. Whoever makes that decision should have serious questions about their ability to judge talent. He will get killed if he keeps running. Very nice talent though.
I want to see Oden get reps, but not on the drive after our best drive of the year...

I very rarly criticize during games, but Ash is starting to confuse me. WTF was that move to Oden there? Honestly, why? Just kill momentum and don't allow Gio to get into a groove. Really confused there.

Gio in A groove and you take him out. Sure get Oden minutes but not when you're down two scores and just had a defense of stop with no points.
Personnel decisions are ridiculous. Pics runs for one first down on a tough third down and four and never gets back in again as a running back in that series or the following series

The coaching staff screwed up that series with the personnel changes. Rutgers had a chance to close out the half with the possibility of scoring again.
Just incredibly stupid. Hope the reporters rip Ash on that one after the game.
