Parking went down? Required donations or price per game?
----
it was me......I spoke to my rep and the season green lot parking pass itself, was $420, it is now $350....I would guess that each lot must have gone down some, but I did not ask that question

I just got an email from my college bookstore (not Rutgers) telling me that their records show I haven't ordered my textbooks for spring semester yet. I graduated 35 years ago.
---
but do they have you not returning all your books from the library?....that fine should be huge

Cushions went up from $50 to $55

Parking for Scarlet/Green/White/Yellow went from $60 per game to $50 per game -- where they were before last year's ill-advised price increase.
---
which figures exactly, since the total charge for the green went down $70.....for 7 games

Agree with all of that. To play devils advocate though, isn't the entire point of changing from random tickets person every time to a designated ticket rep you always have, so that you are getting the consistency and that they are not changing 1+ times per year? So it's less about being annoyed that the rep disappeared on you and more about selling a notion that you will have the consistency and then not being able to deliver on said 'promise'.
Do we know if there is any promise or added bonus for high achievement in the position? or any benefit for them to stay longer and not just use it as the quick paycheck and move on?

I really think it is unrealistic to expect to have the same rep year-to-year in a job where you have most people staying 1-3 years. The point of having a specific rep is so you can call in January and ask a question about football renewals and then when you call back in February you talk to the same person, as opposed to someone who has no idea about your January conversation. And even then there is always the risk that your rep quits between Jan and Feb, but at least someone should take over your account and hopefully will still be there when you call again in March. (The other advantage of having an account rep is from Rutgers' perspective: When you say in February that you'll think about it, you have an account rep whose job it is to call back a few weeks later to remind you.)

I have a new rep. He both called and emailed me today. I responded to his email that I will not be purchasing tickets.

I calledd my old ticket rep Matt's number a few weeks back when I was having trouble with a ticket transfer for a wrestling match. I called on a Saturday when of course the office was closed

I received a call back Monday morning from a new rep. The transfer problem had worked itself out over the weekend and I was glad someone called back.

our old rep, Analisa, was extremely pro-active. used to call to say when tickets were going on sale, called a few times during the year to check if we needed tickets for away games. But that's when it was in-house. It's been a downward spiral since she left.

Our last rep, Brian, left but no one bothered to change his voicemail. So when I called in August looking for tickets to Kansas I left a message..and then another...and then I found out he had left by reading something here on the boards.

sigh #Rutgers

Analisa was the Gold Standard of ticket reps. Hope she's doing well.

From what I understand, the ticket office recently switched from IMG back to Aspire Group--some of the employees had non-competes so they left/were let go once Aspire's contract started. I imagine that was this past Monday since that's when renewals went out (and why the renewals went out later this year than previous years).

Ticket reps are allowed to quit without giving notice to RU season ticket holders? Shocking news, really.

Those lazy and ill mannered young people, dragging this country down to lower standards of behavior lol.
-----------------------------------
Apparently they heard about the New Green Deal and can get paid anyway in the category of "those unable or unwilling to work"

I've had excellent service from the ticket office for many years. Unfortunately, I can never remember the name of my new rep. I do know my account number which helps. $$$$

I've been in the Yellow Lot for several years now, and could have sworn that last year's increase was from $40 to $60. Thus, dropping to $50 would only claw back half of last year's increase.

I've had a new ticket rep each year for 3 years now; I drew a "Drew" this year, he called and left a VM last week. Only one who ever called to say that he was leaving and that I would have someone new the following year was a guy with last name of Goldsmith.

You're right. Sorry about the error. Scarlet/Green/White were $50, but Yellow was $40. So where Scarlet/Green/White go back to their previous levels, Yellow is still higher than the previous level.

None of us who had her as our rep would be surprised if that’s the case.

I would be much more surprised to hear she wasn’t.

I'm still in touch with her. She is still at FSU. I actually just reached out to her to let her know about this thread. Her name comes up every year at this time.
If anybody wants to reach out to her she told me that I could pass along her information so just let me know if you are interested

just renewed my tickets. Asked to move to a different section. The response was "no problem, plenty of seats available".

Come on down... Sections 124,125, 126 wide open.
Pull right in..no traffic.

You can tell her my Dad is fine. She would always ask about him when she called.

Yup just got a call from my rep he said we can move your 4 together to a couple different locations. 1st time I heard that. When he asked me, "did you enjoy your experience last year" I couldn't help but burst out laughing.[laughing] Matt my new rep joined me in that chuckle. We'll be renewing to a better location this year.

Good news we're only down 8 to 4. I thought it would be just me and my wife but my buddy and his wife decided to stick it out with us. His reasoning, they can't possibly keep this guy past this year, could they? I just gave an arms raised shrug.
