Assuming you mean the version of Rutgers with Geo, Ron, and Caleb, Rutgers would be favored on a neutral court by 2-3 points. From there who knows?

Impossible to answer because you gotta think of St. Peter’s like us - the most hot and cold teams in the country (even ignoring the amazing postseason for SPU).

They beat Niagara by 30, but also beat them in OT.

They were winning @VCU with under 2 minutes left, but they also lost to last place Canisius.

They were also hanging in there late @Providence, but also lost by 10 at home to Rider and St. Francis.

Today? Us. Because they would have our attention and FOCUS. Also, I think the team would play with a bit of chip on their shoulders after reading all the hype (well deserved, BTW) about St. Peter's.

I've rooted for St Peters for forever but their bubble will burst soon.

About 10yrs ago we played them at the JC Armory. Peacocks' C knocked Ndjaye(sp?) all over the court. Hung 30+ on us

That was a Freddie special (both the loss and agreeing to a game there), right? I don't remember the loss being that bad, but any loss in that situation is bad.

I don'w how anyone can predict the outcome of a single game when there has been inconsistent performances all season by both teams.

IIRC in my elder state of mind, it wasn't a blowout but the outcome was never in doubt. Ndjaye was about 7'2" and 72 lbs. SPC chunky C posted up willingly.

I think they were trying to bring the Armory back as a sports venue. CYO track, local hoops, and boxing once flourished. Not sure why the effort fizzled.
