Today is the largest public philanthropic event of the year for Rutgers - RU Giving Day
Its a 24 hour online event aimed at getting the ground swell level type of support towards any and all programs at Rutgers. The last several years RU has raised over $1m from 7,000+ donors in a single day.
This year many generous alumn are matching donations made to certain funds.
The slogan this year is "Help Rutgers Help the World" which means you can support both a social cause and RU at the same time with funds for COVID-19 research, Diversity & Inclusion Fund, Student aid, and more.
Of course you can also support RU athletics as well - and gain priority points for any donation.
