Me too. They need to clean things up, but Coach P and staff are getting them in a position to win.

It seemed Rutgers wasn't as interested in the game. Sanders looked slugglest.
I agree completely. This team does so many little things right, unlike past teams, that it can struggle in some areas and still put itself in a position to win. And this team has beaten everyone it should have so far. Big measuring stick game Friday night. I am very excited for the opportunity that awaits us.
Solid game against an awful-shooting Fordham. 17 turnovers will be the death of us in conference play, but plenty fine versus this opponent. Terrific game by Williams and dominant rebounding game by front court. Why we kept Sandra on the floor while he's gift-wrapping passes, I don't know, but will assume Pike has a plan - put stuff on tape for him to grow from, perhaps?
On to Seton Hall. Good test. Odds are we lose, but I believe in this team and will be tuning in rooting hard for a win!

This. This team has a lot to work on, but they play as a TEAM, hustle like hell, and want to do the right thing. Watching in person for the first time was super fun. I'd go to a lot more games if I could.
I know and the effects of it seemed worse today then on Wednesday.
They didn't play particularly well but a win is a win.
I was very disappointed in the crowd at the Garden. There weren't many fans for the first game, but it emptied out quite a bit for the RU game. I haven't been to a Holiday Festival game since the 70's-80's and they should stick a fork in it - I think it's done.

Thiam was sick today. Corey's been sick as well. Need Thiam to hit a few threes against the Hall. Anxious to see how we do on Friday.

as terrible as the attendance was today can never beat a Rutgers game at the Garden. The comments I heard from other fans were interesting.
one of my fav's was the 4-5 NYC guys sitting up 2 rows behind me discussing the bar they were leaving to go to and the 1 guy saying..(after watching RU a bit) maybe we should stick around awhile...
