Army @ Syracuse next week will provide some clarification on where things stand. 'Cuse up by 1 against Albany in the 2nd.

Loyola and PSU should be #1 & 2 on Monday. Losing to Loyola will have no impact on RUs tournament hopes. But one more loss to a non-powerhouse (no way is Army a weak team) and they're in trouble.
I thought Army played very well. Took care of the ball.

He looks good. Letnin one he’d like to have back. Bigger issue is turnovers, and creating offense for them through disorganization.

We need more from our middies in o.

Turnovers will kill you in any sport.

Your last sentence is an understatement...I'll just leave it at that

I know the rankings don’t matter with the way the ncaa field is selected. Will be curious to watch as the season goes on which was a worse loss - Army for RU or High Point for Duke.

On bright side W Gymnastics up after 2 rotations vs MSU ... W lacrosse heavy favorite at home ...men have a chance against a ranked foe at home ... go RU!!!! Can’t lose them all!
Well, at least the women won in lacrosse.

I'm normally very pro Rutgers but not this week. Go Hounds. Team has the look of a national championship contender this year with Pat Spencer leading the offense excellent complementary pieces in Chase Scanlan, Kevin Lindley, and Ryan McNulty as well as a senior goaltender in Jacob Stover. Coach Toomey is outstanding as well. Fun team.

Loyola will be a very tough test. Right now, they are the odds on favorite, along with Penn St. to win the NC. Both look like juggernauts.

Let's hope Mullins is ok. That's definitely a concern.

Based on how the committee treats us, you'd have to say Army. No question.

2 RU wins since Thursday ... WLacrosse and softball (1-4 in tourney) ... WBB, MBB, baseball, wrestling, gymnastics, lacrosse ... losses. On the bright side men are tied for 10th in MBB, women are in 3rd, and Ash remains undefeated!!!!!

It's a slow burn. We are playing a ton of new/young guys. The talent is there. We just need to continue to gel and grow. You'd like to think the simple turnovers and clearing can be improved upon. Clearing is an area of the past we have been very strong in.
